Ladies and gentlemen. I am Masazumi Hasumi, the new President and CEO. The theme of the new Funai Zaisan Consultants is "Further Growth and Expansion."

We have recently merged with Proggest Holdings Limited, and I, Masazumi Hasumi, have been appointed President and CEO of the new Funai Zaisan Consultants.

A merger is a positive catalytic reaction which is produced by the integration of differing cultures and solutions. Our company will form a truly professional group of consultants, which is comprised of certified public accountants, tax attorneys and other licensed professional together with real estate consultants, establishing Japan's only exchange-listed comprehensive property and finance consulting company.

The need for a consulting firm which assumes a position embracing the "independence" of the client is plainly obvious in these troubled times.

Our employees believe in the principles of thinking creatively and being studious, honest and appreciative. I would also add to this list that they are "modesty" as well. My aim is to make Funai Zaisan Consultants into an even better company using the many lessons that everyone has so graciously taught me.

In closing, I would like to conclude my remarks with the promise that I will build this company so that it provides stable dividends and maintains steady growth.
